Purchases & Returns

Once an order has been made, this cannot be cancelled so please take care when making your selection. We encourage you to ask any questions (elsiemay.orders@outlook.com) prior to the purchase of our products and we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have. If you are unsure then we suggest you size up as it is guaranteed your little one will continue to grow!

While Elsie May does everything possible to ensure you have an accurate description of our products, we do offer refunds if you believe you have been misled by our product descriptions. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

 

If you do wish to send something back to change the size or colour we will gladly provide you with an Elsie May store credit. Return expenses incurred will be paid by the customer. Send the item/s back to us within 14 days of delivery (21 days for orders shipped outside Australia) along with the packing slip sent with order to our returns address:

Credit Notes will be issued in the form of an online gift card sent by email. Returns will be processed within 7 business days of reaching our warehouse - we can only process your return once it’s been received and inspected by us. Due to the fast turnover of stock we are unable to hold items.

You can then use this credit to repurchase in a new size or item that you desire. The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a voucher code (with a 4 week expiration). This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the credit will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order. 

The following items cannot be returned for store credit due to health reasons-
Hair accessories, headwear/beanies, swimwear and tights.

Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact. Goods must also be returned odour free - ( Free of  Cigarettes, moisture etc)

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email elsiemay.orders@outlook.com. If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a delivered replacement at no cost if we have a replacement in stock. If there is no stock for a replacement, a credit or refund will be issued immediately once we have received the returned item. 

Please do not send anything back to us if we have not been made aware of the issue/ fault and discussed this with you. Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to contact us within 21 days of purchase. Items sent to us outside of this date will be returned to sender at the senders cost. We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order upon receiving them.

Returned goods must be sent via Tracked Courier. Sending via tracked courier also ensures that your parcel does not go missing. Elsie May is not liable for any missing returns and we can only process your return once the original has been received back into our Warehouse. 

Sale Items - Discounted products & Promotional items

There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully.
